Friends,
Ireland and Italy are behind me and I am knee deep in the Netherlands and foggy from the road. I must say that touring has its ups and downs and there is no rest for the wicked it seems, as I have radio interviews or performances every day until I fly back to Canada – I think I may need a nap when I return.

Day 1
After being awake for 24 hours, and resting on the floor using my jacket as a pillow in an airport in Amsterdam waiting for the connecting flight, I have finally arrived in Ireland. Sadly, my musical comrade had his bag left behind by the airlines. Hopefully it arrives before we leave for Italy on Wednesday.
Tomorrow I have three performances/interviews so no rest for the travelers.
I must nap and then go in search of a pint.
I am already in love with Ireland.
Thinking of my loved ones at home.
